Insulation in the Frozen Shipper Kit is made of top-quality, sustainable and bio-degradable material and can be composted or recycled. Remove the natural fiber pads from the poly film and recycle where #60 cotton is accepted.

The gel-packs contents are safe to include in the trash and the outer covering can be recycled with other #4 plastics.

My products arrive almost frozen solid but I like that as I cut the larger pieces to freeze in meal size packs.

It was ok. the"chicken was completely thawed. The staklettes were not frozen

I tracked it and picked it up immediately.

I think packing it tighter and putting a larg frozen pack on top and bottom would have help significantly.
