Great seasoning! I like it. I am vegan so I don't use some other stuff. I do not eat black pepper. I was not raised south of the border nor anywhere near the border so can't tolerate all the heat I find in many recipes. My taste buds do NOT want to be squeezed and arm wrestled to the screaming point! G. Washington is yummy!
